The service recording module permits case-related service recording of individual services or the recording of so-called packages or workflows, in which the services only need to be clicked for recording. All types of services can be recorded here independent of their later use (planning, statistics, documentation, billing) in GCRS. The allocation to a cost centre is possible and can be automated.
