Screening (GCRS)

Medical records are structured data fields in GCRS. Medical records can be allocated to so-called medical record sets. The structure and the administrating masks can be freely designed by a system administrating user. They are used primarily to save medical findings, but can also be used to save other freely defined information. The number and structure of the medical records are not limited.

The complete medical history of the case or of the animal can be managed and evaluated.

For service request and diagnosis, the medical record set can be linked to a service.

If the corresponding medical sub-systems have been connected, such as automatic laboratory system, medical records can be recorded automatically.

The entire range of medical records is available for medical reports, and can be evaluated for statistical purposes.
