   Licences    Here you can manage all data concerning licenses. Fill in the parameters when you apply for a license and perform as many comparison as you want after you have started the project.

    Breeding    With in the breeding module, the administration of litters is possible, as well as the weaning. GCRS automatically recognizes the potential mating partner in a cage. Genealogy trees are built automatically.

    Animal Order System    Internal and external orders and shipments of animals can be processed with the help of this module.                                                                                    

    Bulk Import    You can add or import one or several animals into the Database by defining the basedata of the animal or taking them in from an Excel-File.

    Animal Administration    An explorer like user interface simplifies the gathering of information: like moving, transferring, culling, discharging. Many other processes are supported by „Copy-Paste“ operations as well.

    Experiments    Experiments are assigned to Licenses. Animals can be associated to experiments. Protocols can be defined on experiment level and then be loaded to the members of an experimental group.The evaluation of experimental groups is possible by simple means.

    Recording of Services    This module permits case-related service recording of individual services or the recording of services originating from protocols and workflows.

    Order Management    This is an easy term for a comlex internal Order Management System. The module forwards the planned single services or distributes complete protocols of the members of an experiment to the laboratories, which have to perform the services. The laboratories can enter the findings. All status information on services can be seen in the service recording table of each animal.

    Medical Parameters    Are user definable and serve to document the findings of the experiments. They can be combined e.g. by discipline in so-called Medical Records sets and thereby provide a complete medical File for each experimentee.

     Statistics    The module "Statistics" performs the automatic preparation of legally required annual (or also monthly) announcements.                                                                                    

    Settlement    The module permits the accounting of all services at predefined rates. It supports the billing of nursing charges, special remunerations, case-all-inclusive services, medical services incl. additional payment and surcharges or possible reductions. The accounting system supports the automatic allocation of invoice units of different service types to different invoice forms. A multitude of financial accounting interfaces are supported.

    Email-Notification (Reminder Service)    Remind all involved parties of their services due to be done: On due date for a planned service an e-mail is sent to all persons responsible.

    Import/Export (MS-Excel Import / Export)    all data can be exported in Excel file and also be imported from it.                                                                                    

    Query builder   The ultimate user is protected against the complexity of the database structure. The tool has a powerful generation mechanism which supports queries across several tables. The defined queries can be saved, called up again, if and when required, and can be supplemented.

    System Administration    The module system management permits the definition of users, their Logins and their passwords. Within the scope of the definition of user profiles the user rights are regulated.
